- Public records: publicly available property information, such as ownership and tax records.
- Basic website data: standard technical information such as browser type and pages visited.

- To respond to your inquiry and discuss a possible purchase of your property.
- To schedule calls or walkthroughs and to send updates about your inquiry.
- To prepare an offer and, if you choose to sell, to complete the transaction.

Text messaging and mobile information
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to do business with you:

- Transaction parties if you decide to sell, such as the title company, attorneys, and, if we assign our purchase contract, the buyer taking it over. We share only the property and contract details needed to close, and never your text message opt-in data.
- Legal requirements when required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights.
How long we keep information
We keep information for as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet legal and record-keeping obligations. We keep opt-out requests permanently so that we never contact you again after you ask us to stop.
How we protect information
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data.

- Stop calls: tell us on any call, or email us, and we will add your number to our do-not-call list.
